BKC has developed a large team responsible for conducting various functions of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. The team consists of law graduates, company secretaries, cost accountants, experienced commerce graduates, chartered accountants, etc. and provide full support to Insolvency Professionals who are partners of Insolvency Professional Entity. The following are the key jobs under this team:

• Co-ordination with all stakeholders viz. CoC members, Claimants, Promoters, KMP, Statutory authorities.
• Appointment & empanelment of professionals and experts such as Registered Valuers, Various auditors, Process consultants, Lawyers, Media Agencies, Security Service Providers, etc.
• To convene the meetings of CoC and prepare relevant minutes and information.
• Preparation and compilation of Information Memorandum and keep that updated for submission of Resolution Plan.
• To conduct various processes such as Release of EoI, preparation of RFRP, Bid Evaluation Matrix, Eligibility criteria, examination and presentation of Resolution Plans for the approval of Committee of Creditors.
• Similar services would also be provided in the case of Insolvency Resolution Process of Individuals, Proprietorship Concerns and Partnership Firms.
• A separate team for Claim Verification is in place covering all the aspects starting from issuance of Public Notice inviting claims and involving further processes such as collation and verification of all claims received, filing report with Adjudicating
• Authority, ensure adequate safety of all digital and physical records, maintaining track of claim acceptance period.
• Taking over physical and virtual control over the operations and assets of the Corporate Debtor from the existing KMP and to maintain its control over the operations of Corporate Debtor and protect the assets and businesses.
• Visiting all key locations of the business or assets and preparation of inventory of assets.
  Preventing assets of the corporate debtors from any kind of fraud or burglary by adequate security.
• We have also been appointed as Liquidator under various cases which are handled by a separate team having expertise in Liquidation Process.
